These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the content, consultations, and programs offered on it by RA MIGR Inc., doing business as Ridley Academy ("Ridley Academy", "we", "us"), 102 Palm Dr, Largo, FL 33770, USA. By using this site, booking a call, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Ridley Academy provides online piano education, including free content such as the mini class, one-on-one consultations booked through this site, and paid digital programs and bundles. Program contents, pricing, and bonuses are described on the relevant offer pages at the time of purchase. Our flagship guided programs are enrolled separately, usually after a consultation, and are governed by the enrollment terms presented at that time in addition to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase or book a consultation, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Consultations are scheduled through our scheduling provider. Your confirmation email contains links to reschedule or cancel; please use them if your plans change so the time can go to someone else. Consultations are informational and there is no obligation to purchase anything on a call.
Prices are shown on the offer and checkout pages at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your full card details. After a purchase you may be shown additional one-time offers, and by accepting one you authorize the corresponding charge to your payment method. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
Our programs are educational. Every student is different, and how quickly you progress depends on factors like practice time and consistency. Testimonials and reviews on this site reflect individual experiences and are not a promise that you will achieve the same results in the same timeframe.
All content on this site and in our programs (videos, text, music arrangements, workbooks, and materials) belongs to Ridley Academy or its licensors. When you purchase a program you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use it for your own learning. You may not copy, share, resell, or publish program content without our written permission.
Scheduling, payments, video hosting, and messaging are provided by third parties (for example Calendly and our payment processors) and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies in addition to ours.
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a program is limited to the amount you paid us for that program. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or end access to a program if these Terms are materially breached (for example, sharing or reselling course content).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above shows the latest revision.
